You may find your order number in the confirmation email. If you cannot receive the email, try checking your spam folder. You may also find it at your portfolio. Feel free to email us at operation@lajoyia.com if you still cannot find it.

You may track your order by logging into your LA JOYÌA account, or refer to the tracking number in your order dispatch email if you do not have an account yet. If you cannot find your email, please check all the inboxes and you might find the email mistakenly lies inside the junk/spam folder. Making it easier for you, you can always create your LA JOYÌA account simply using the email address which you used to place your order.

You can find all the information about your order using the tracking number once the courier picks up your parcel and scans it into the system.

Our team is trying our best to deliver your favourites as soon as possible. If your product belongs to “In-stock” (i.e. ready for shipping), you will need to reach out to us within 24 hours of your order placement to make changes or cancellations. Please note that your request may not necessarily be processed.

As a LA JOYÌA member, you can join our loyalty program and earn points that can be used to redeem rewards. Our Rejoice Program is open to all our members, you are encouraged to join to give your old favourite a new life and contribute back to our mother Earth.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit/debit cards. We also accept payments in the form of digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay and O’Pay. Please check the bottom of the page for all accepted payment methods.

The promotion or offer code can be redeemed by filling into the corresponding space at the shopping bag page before "CHECKOUT". You will see the updated bill by clicking “UPDATE” button. Please note that:

Unfortunately, we do not offer payment across multiple credit cards or in instalments. We will keep improving our services to suit your needs in the future.

You may pay and view prices in the currencies listed below: British Pounds, US Dollars, Euros, Hong Kong Dollars, and Chinese Yuan.

You may choose to pay with your designated choice of currency and change it anytime in the website footer. Prices will be converted at the daily exchange rates published by the ECB.
