These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of these services, features and information on this website and other affiliates and subsidiaries operating under the name LA JOYÌA (“Service”). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between the user (“you”) and the company (“LA JOYÌA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), setting out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Orders

• Orders made at LA JOYÌA are only for private use and not intended for resale purposes.
• Our product(s) are subjected to availability, we do not hold liable in case of unavailability of products.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.

Pricing and Payments

• All our products are displayed in various currencies. We accept payment in the currencies specified on the website securely in the forms of VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and O’Pay.
• The order will be refunded if the payment cannot be processed or fulfilled for any reason.
• We will not dispatch the product(s) until we receive the payment in full.
• We never keep your payment details on the site. Instead, they are only held by the payment processors or payment providers with your consent.

Shipping

• We offer free shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes applied which depend on the country the order is shipped to. Any applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout.
• We attempt to deliver product(s) to the delivery address you have specified in your order within the time provided in our confirmation email but we cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival depending on the conditions.
• You may cancel your order if we have not delivered the product(s) within 30 days you placed your order, and we will refund any money paid by you. 

Taxes and Duties

• All taxes and duties are included in the final price paid by you.

Returns 

• You may return the eligible product(s) that are met the following conditions:
• Within 60 days of receiving your order
• Unused and in original condition including undamaged brand packaging

Package the return parcel using original packaging (including a note of your name and address inside the parcel); return to us by hand or courier to the following address:

50 Hoi Yuen Road, Unit 1703, 17/F, Kwun Tong, Kowloon Hong Kong SAR 

• Customised product(s) and product(s) marked with “Sale” are not eligible for return. Return requests that did not follow the return guidelines are also not eligible.
• You may not cancel, refund, or exchange for engraved product(s), unless such product(s) were damaged, defective, faulty as you received it or have been incorrectly delivered.
• A fixed and non-refundable amount of HK$130 shipping fees will be charged. You have the legal obligation to take care of the product(s) when you possess them. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any damage done, from the refund you are otherwise entitled to. You shall receive your refund via the channel you used for payment.
  

Warranty

• We offer a 2-year warranty for all products purchased from LA JOYÌA, excluding damage caused by accident, misuse, and failed repair attempts. You may reach out to us at hello@lajoyia.com with a photo and description of the issue and we will try to make things right for you.
• No warranty for orders from unauthorised resellers.
