What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

Return

If you change your mind within 60 days of purchase, we would be happy to offer you a full refund upon full return of the pieces. The pieces must be returned in unworn condition with undamaged packaging. Note that we do not accept oversized boxes as this increases the shipping costs. However, we have the right to deny the return and have the order reshipped back to customers if the returned items do not follow the above guidelines.

You shall receive your refund via the channel you used for payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be sent to your credit card. Please note that if your order has multiple items and involves the use of a coupon, the coupon will be partially refunded in the form of its unused condition instead of cash. 

Exchange

We treat exchange also as a return since we don’t have a formal exchange program. Please kindly follow the procedures for returning your product. Upon returning the product, don’t forget to place a new order for your new favourite in exchange! Please note that we do not offer returns for items purchased through non-authorised third-party vendors and engraved pieces.

How should I return the product?

To arrange a return, please first email operation@lajoya.com with your order number and contact information. You may then either ship the return parcel at your own cost to a designated address in your country, or we would create a return label for your shipment. We are happy if you could provide us the tracking number upon sending your parcel to us. As we receive the returned product, we will immediately process it which takes within 3 days.

What are the costs for returning?

To cover shipping and handling, a fixed amount of HK$120 will be charged from the refund.

When will I receive my refund?

As we receive your request for a refund, it normally takes around 5-10 business days for our team to process your application. You shall receive a notice via email upon confirmation of the return. For orders made using credit cards, it will take around 14 days to complete the refund process.
