We offer free expedited shipping for purchase over USD100.
For orders under under USD100, a shipping fee of USD15 will be collected. The shipping fee will be HKD35 for Hong Kong.
If you pay in US dollars, the shipping fee is converted accordingly.
What is the delivery timeline?
We dispatch our orders within 1-2 business day. Depending on the destination, it would take 2-8 business days for your order to arrive.
We are sorry if the coronavirus pandemic has caused a delay on our shipping schedule. We cannot guarantee the exact shipping times to your orders under the unpredictable circumstances.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Taxes and import duties are already calculated and included on the check-out page. However, we are not responsible for duties and taxes incurred, nor can we advise on the costs since they vary by country.
Do I need to sign off on my delivery?
All delivery orders will be sent by courier and will need to be signed. If you cannot sign the package at the moment, the delivery company may leave a card with contact details for you to re-schedule other arrangements. We will try not to leave your order somewhere else with your absence in order to ensure undamaged delivery.
