Where can I find my order number?
You may find your order number in the confirmation email. If you cannot receive the email, try checking your spam folder. You may also find it at your portfolio. Feel free to email us at email@example.com if you still cannot find it.
How do I track my order?
You may track your order by logging into your LA JOYÌA account, or refer to the tracking number in your order dispatch email if you do not have an account yet. If you cannot find your email, please check all the inboxes and you might find the email mistakenly lies inside the junk/spam folder. Making it easier for you, you can always create your LA JOYÌA account simply using the email address which you used to place your order.
You can find all the information about your order using the tracking number once the courier picks up your parcel and scans it into the system.
How do I update/cancel my order?
Our team is trying our best to deliver your favourites as soon as possible. If your product belongs to “In-stock” (i.e. ready for shipping), you will need to reach out to us within 24 hours of your order placement to make changes or cancellations. Please note that your request may not necessarily be processed.
What should I do if I cannot receive my product?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit/debit cards. We also accept payments in the form of digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay and O’Pay. Please check the bottom of the page for all accepted payment methods.
How do I use discount codes?
The promotion or offer code can be redeemed by filling into the corresponding space at the shopping bag page before "CHECKOUT". You will see the updated bill by clicking “UPDATE” button. Please note that:

Can I split the payment across multiple credit cards or pay in instalments?
Unfortunately, we do not offer payment across multiple credit cards or in instalments. We will keep improving our services to suit your needs in the future.
Can I pay in different currencies?
You may pay and view prices in the currencies listed below: British Pounds, US Dollars, Euros, Hong Kong Dollars, and Chinese Yuan.
You may choose to pay with your designated choice of currency and change it anytime in the website footer. Prices will be converted at the daily exchange rates published by the ECB.
Are my payment processes secured?
We care about your online safety and shopping experience. Regarding this, we have employed internet security technology to safeguard your personal information while shopping with us.
When you transmit your personal data to us, we scramble it by putting it under the secure sockets layer (SSL). We will never keep your credit card details, even if you choose to store your card details for future payments, that information will be only held by the payment processors.
Can I order gift cards?
We do offer digital gift cards in the values of $50, $100, $150, $200, $250, and $300. The gift cards will be sent directly to your designated recipient. If he/she would like to gift the joy to others, he/she can share the gift card code received. Note that they are non-refundable. We do not acknowledge gift cards sold by unauthorised third parties. Only gift cards purchased on our website shall be valid.
How do I use my gift cards?
To redeem your gift card, enter your gift card code shown in the email into the VOUCHER/OFFER CODE space before "CHECKOUT". Note that you cannot use gift cards and promotion/offer codes together.
Upon using the gift card, the total amount for your order shall be renewed with a deduction. Note that only one gift card can be used per transaction.
Does LA JOYÌA offer gift wrapping?
Your items are already packed in our LA JOYÌA box. As we advocate being eco-friendly, there will be no wrapping paper within the box. However, if you want to have specific items packed individually into the box, we can offer our unique gift packaging for HK$30. You may select this option at checkout by adding a note in your order. By then your order shall arrive in our signature box with a gift bag tied with ribbon.
