What is Club LA JOYÌA?
This is our loyalty and rewards program designed for our LA JOYÌA members. You can unlock more and more exclusive offers and benefits by moving up the membership tiers.
How do I join Club LA JOYÌA?
If you already have a LA JOYÌA account, then you’re all set! For those who does not have an account yet, simply click the “Sign up” button at the top right corner which will direct you to the registration page.
How do I earn points?
You will be rewarded with points for every purchase you make from us. You can also earn extra points by following LA JOYÌA on social media (Instagram and Facebook), and referring us to your network when they open an account in LA JOYÌA.
Do my points expire?
The points will not expire once obtained, while there are expiry dates to redeemed rewards. All the exclusive offers and discount codes cannot be used together with other promotion codes (e.g. gift cards).
What can I do with my points?
Your points can be used to redeem special discount codes or vouchers. A coupon of USD$25 can be redeemed with every 1,000 points you accumulated. Please note that only one discount code can be used in each purchase. You may check the code of your redeemed coupon by clicking on the "Rewards" button.
